These terms apply when a clinic uses OwnClinic, provided by OwnClinic ("we").

The service

OwnClinic is software for running an outpatient clinic: registration, queue, vitals, prescriptions, billing and patient messages. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet part of the service.

Medical decisions

OwnClinic is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not give medical advice. Doctors remain responsible for diagnosis, prescriptions and care.

Your account

You are responsible for your staff's logins and for keeping them secure. You must have the right to enter the patient data you add, including the patient's consent where it is needed.

Prices

Prices are shown on our website and are plus 18% GST. We take no commission on bookings and show no ads. WhatsApp credits are included per plan, and top-ups cost ₹0.25 per message.

Your data

Your data belongs to your clinic. You can export all of it at any time.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. See Refunds and cancellation.

Limits on liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own exports of important data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
