Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. There is no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export all your data.

Monthly plans

A monthly plan stops at the end of the current month. We don't refund part-months.

Yearly plans

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment. After that, the plan runs to the end of the paid year.

WhatsApp top-ups

Top-up credits you have already used can't be refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
