This policy explains what personal data OwnClinic ("we") collects and how we use it.

On this website

• Demo booking. You enter your name, clinic name, area, specialty, number of doctors, phone and preferred date and time. This website doesn't store them. They go to us only if you press Send in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. We use them only to arrange your demo.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and do not identify you.

In the product

Clinics use OwnClinic to manage patient records. For patient data, the clinic decides how the data is used and we act on its instructions. See Data protection.

Where data is stored

Product data is hosted in India on AWS in Mumbai. Records are kept for 5 years by default.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for advertising.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you gave us on this website. If you are a patient, please contact your clinic first. See Contact.
